Place: Kingolwira Village Date taken: 21/2/10 Occasion: Pump installation and official hand over of the well to the local government authority Present: Pumping the well is a SWLD member, Mr. Daniel Chuma. Prominent among others are, the area's ward counselor (the woman clapping), and next to her, the village chairman, Mr. Sinda (clapping). They clap in expression of appreciations to Rotary and SWLD. They used the occasion to present a request for a well for the neighbouring village. |
