June 14, 2022 - Joseph Klingelhutz from the non-profit, Sustainable Iowa Land Trust (SILT) spoke about land stewardship and the and what we can do to conserve our natural resources while providing a great foundation for crop production. Joseph talked about SILT's plans to ring Iowa's metro cities with 10+ farms in land trust that would raise local foods. Dubuque County recently awarded SILT $570,000 to pursue this goal.

It was great to have Assistant District Governor, Linda Nudd for the Bellevue Rotary Club attend and present club president H.R. Cook with a club award for member participation in the Rotary Foundation.
